SHIPPING AND RETURNS

The customer has the right to notify the seller (by e-mail indicating his account number to [email protected]) that he renounces his purchase, without payment of a penalty and without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery.

The buyer must return the product within 14 calendar days in perfect and re-saleable condition, unused, undamaged, with all original labels and in original packaging to the following address

Goods that have been worn, washed, damaged or repaired, or goods with a (smoke) smell cannot be taken back.

The seller undertakes to refund the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) paid by the buyer within 30 days of receipt of the product to a bank account number provided by the buyer.

IR.MA cannot be held liable in any way if the purchaser should fail to transfer the account number as mentioned above to IR.MA. In the event of incorrect return in accordance with the above, the seller shall not be obliged to pay any amount and the product shall remain the property of the purchaser.

It can then be collected back from the seller within 14 days or, at the express request of the buyer and at the buyer's expense, returned to the buyer. The risk of returning the product and the costs thereof shall be borne solely by the buyer. Do you wish to exchange an article? Then we will send the new article free of charge.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we suspect that the product has already been used, has been damaged by the customer or if the reasons are unfounded. Sales or special offers cannot be exchanged.

COMPLAINTS

We do everything we can to describe and clarify the articles on the webshop www.ir-ma.be as accurately as possible on the basis of photos. If typing errors should occur, this is based on a human, involuntary error and no rights can be derived from this. Colors in the photos may differ slightly from reality.

Settings and quality of the buyer's screen can influence this, as can the incidence of light. Exchanges based on color deviations cannot be accepted. If the customer has any doubts about a particular item or requires further information, they can always contact IR.MA. We reserve the right to adjust our prices. We make every effort to check our products as thoroughly as possible for any errors or defects. Should there be any defects in the products offered on the webshop www.ir-ma.be, we are not liable. In this case, the customer may contact the relevant manufacturer. The customer should inform IR.MA of this so that we can make additional checks on the products. We make every effort to prevent, remedy and resolve any complaints.

IR.MA cannot be held liable for injuries or damages resulting from use of our products.

RETURN POLICIY

If you want to return your order, you have 14 calender days to return your package after receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Please ensure that the item(s) must be unworn and unused and that it has the original package and all the tags.

Only when we receive it in the mentioned condition, we will refund or exchange the item(s).

IR.MA is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of the returned products.IR.MA cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days since your purchase. Sales are not refundable.

Send us also an e-mail with the name of the item and a some information about the item(s). Please send us back the items within 14 days at your own cost or bring it back to our shop.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a minimum amount of days.
